The Role

We are currently seeking a Community Engagement Executive to join our client at an exciting time of growth and investment in their Income Generation team. You will be responsible for delivering plans to strengthen the ways in which they engage and build relationships with supporters, as well as co-ordinating the delivery of community fundraising events and products, developing processes to improve and grow our supporter experience and providing fundraising guidance and support to our branch fundraising volunteers.

You are a confident individual, with proven organisational and administrative skills, with previous experience of having worked with charity supporters in a fundraising environment. You are passionate about motivating, monitoring and supporting individuals to maximise funds raised and their ongoing engagement with this wonderful and far reaching organisation.

The post is based in Ewell, Surrey; 30 minutes' train journey from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Wimbledon.

Head of Supporter Innovation & Insight

  • £50000 - £55000 per annum

We are working with an incredible charity who are forming an exciting, new Supporter Innovation and Insight team within the Donor Engagement team. This role will lead the team to gain greater understanding of supporters, event participants and corporate partners - enabling them (and you!) to build inspiring products, offerings and communications to attract new support and grow existing supporter loyalty.

Reporting to the Assistant Director for Donor Engagement, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to define, drive, build and advise on the priorities for our donor engagement roadmap. Your experience will support teams in Donor Engagement to deliver improvements and initiatives at pace and aligned with business priorities and supporter expectations.

You are a confident senior leader, not necessarily from a charity background, who thrives on leading supporter experience best practice and will understand what is needed to put supporters' needs at the heart of fundraising decision making. You have the ability to lead the supporter experience agenda and engage stakeholders in how they can make a difference to grow and diversify our income in a sustainable way.
