Product Innovation Manager - £40K - Wimbledon / Waterloo area

The Product Innovation Manager is an exciting new role that will join the Supporter Innovation and Insight team. Working collaboratively across the organisation, this role will lead in designing, testing, developing and managing the delivery of innovative new product offerings which meet and exceed supporters' expectations - to attract new supporters and grow the lifetime value of our loyal supporter base.

What will your role involve:

Working closely with key teams in the organisation to facilitate the creation of new and enhance existing supporter targeted products and offerings and future development roadmap

Build, manage and evolve the innovation process from ideation to build, test, launch and deliverActively use market knowledge to identify and anticipate opportunities that are commercially viable

Manage the supporter product roadmap, ensuring all products have defined targets and clear milestones

Ensure that propositions are subject to quantitative and qualitative supporter testing to drive insight led development and refinement

Collaborate with Individual Giving, Community and Events, Corporate and Major Giving to identify opportunities to support the existing product road map and develop product opportunities

Write and present insight led compelling business cases for new propositions which will inspire support and diversify our income in a sustainable way

What kind of person will enjoy this role?

You will have considerable product management experience, working with agile product development practices and traditional product management methods

A candiadte who has knowledge of different approaches to the innovation process

You will have experience in writing compelling business cases

Have the ability to translate supporter insight findings into compelling stories written and verbal to influence and persuade senior stakeholders

Skilled at leading and influencing multiple teams to deliver a supporter first approach to drive lifetime value

Experience of using and analysing supporter insight to ensure decisions are evidence based

Experience of creating a strong 3 year development plan of innovation

Proven experience of having a customer centric mind-set

Educated to degree level or equivalent.
