Interim Membership Marketing Officer
We have an opportunity to support the Membership team of leading medical Royal College for a period of 4-6 weeks months. The successful candidate will be liaising directly with members to answer their queries and process their payments
What will my responsibilities be?
Answering calls from members
- Taking payments over the phone
- Answering queries about membership categories
- Issuing new renewal paperwork where required
- Credit Card payments through Sagepay over the phone
- Setting up Direct Debits
- Matching off bank transfers
- Payment details
- Direct Debit details
- Other contact detail updates
- Sending receipts generated via Integra
- Collating joining packs for new members
What experience do I need to be successful in this post?
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
- Excellent customer service
- Pleasant and business-like phone manner
- Finding out their reasons for wanting to leave
- Database skills essential
- Knowledge of Integra desirable
