We are a small, dedicated team who work closely with London's membership professionals to further their career aspirations and support employers seeking to build dynamic, strategically advanced and digitally aware membership teams.

We are seeking a like minded colleague to join the team, who will identify, pursue and develop business with clients and candidates with the goal of contributing to our reputation for success. The successful candidate will create and identify a sales pipeline that will grow their business and further cement Hunter Merrifield's reputation. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and board level individuals and will be acting as a consultant to both candidates and employers from the start of your recruitment journey.

Being self-motivated is second nature to you as well as the desire to be respected for your passion and knowledge. You will be hungry for an opportunity to develop and take responsibility for building your own sales pipeline as well as taking ownership of your client and candidate relationships. Able to multi-task under pressure with a positive mind-set this is a role that requires focus, purpose and the desire to offer an experience that exceeds expectations.
What skills and experience will you need to enjoy this new challenge?
- Experience of building relationships with clients / customers on the phone and / or in person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to persuade, negotiate and create a dialogue with a clear purpose
- Willing to learn a new market and apply that knowledge
- Able to build rapport and identify potential issues quickly and deal with confidently
